best place for meth nozzle

right now im porting a blower and wondering if i should drill and tap the inlet for a meth nozzle. ive got a devils own kit on my car, however i havent used it in a long time (over a year) as i found little gains without a tune. right now i have an inside mount nozzle in the intake pipe, however i figure ill have to replace it as im expecting it to be corroded/clogged.

now some say its best under the blower, others say in the intake, and the rest say a throttle body spacer. drilling the blower at this point is no problem and can easily be plugged. is it possible to put the nozzle in the outlet of the blower without a spacer? would it work better running 2 nozzles, one before and one after the blower?

im planning to run a 2.8" pulley and 60lb injectors (also already have dual pass, cobra, intake, header, exhaust, etc.) and tune for the meth. im not planning to get too aggressive with the meth, just hoping to bump the timing up a little.

From what I read its usually best placed around 8 inches or so right before the TB. But I think I've also heard ppl say something about its bad for the rotors. I'd let someone who is actually running Meth with a SC tell the story

i know running meth through the blower is no issue. the older gen blowers have coated rotors (iirc its teflon) and meth will strip it off, however gen 5 blowers dont have that issue.

7gph, hmmm. i figured 3-4 would be plenty. are you running a progressive controller, and what mixture do you run?

ok cool thanks for the input. ill order some nozzles up eventually. was going to have a better look at putting a nozzle at the bottom of the blower but have had no time. 13 hour work days suck.

just had a quick look, appears there is enough room to drill and tap for the nozzle on the bottom of the blower. i think ill put one there and just after the throttle body, that way i can play around and see what works.

Just put it before the blower for best cooling and even cylinder distribution. Putting it after the blower causes puddling.

i ended up putting one inthe neck of the blower. i figured it all out, it is possible to put a nozzle on the bottom of the blower, however it leaves little material left to the bottom flange and im worried that if the nozzle got overtightened it could warp the gasket surface.
