GM Part Number for 2.5 bar MAP/AIT sensor
GM Part Number for 2.5 bar MAP/AIT sensor
Hey guys,
I've been Googling around looking for a 2.5 bar MAP sensor (looking to convert my Stealth TT to speed/density) and I've discovered that certain Cobalt SS cars come with a Bosch combo 2.5 bar MAP and air intake temp sensor Bosch part 0 261 230 042.
Others seemingly come with a 2 bar sensor.
So I'm trying to track down the GM part numbers for the 2.5 bar sensor (and the wiring pigtail) - or at the very least, nail down which years/models of the Cobalt SS came with this sensor.
If anybody can point me in the right direction, that'd be a big help.
For super-cool best-Cobalt-owner EVER points, a measurement (with a digital caliper) of the hole in the intake manifold that the sensor plugs into would be even better.

Search the treads for broken Map during a TVS Supercharger install. One of the TVS testers broke his and sent me the GM part number, but I deleted it DAM IT! Its like $60 and GM lists it as a air temp sensor and not a pressure sensor even tho it is a 2 in one.
oh man, i have the pigtail at home. i packed it away since im moving to florida and im in alabama. sorry. someone here should have the p/n for you though. check the 2.4 s/c thread in the how to's, there may be a p/n in there.
