Ok so im thinking about doing the swap over to the htv

i just dont have the time to read through pages and pages of what you need to make this thing run properly...so i would like someone to tell me exactly what i need to make this new blower run smoothly

60's, intake, full exhuast, tune, and cooling mods.

 

what cooling mods...dual pass and heat exchanger?
and are they totally necessary or can u get away with it?

 

If you are going to strap a 2300 dollar blower to the car do yourself a favor and get them. h/e and meth dual pass helps to

 

yep, you'll need 60's with harness, preferably 3in exhaust, header and downpipe, access to hptuners or someone to tune for you, dual pass (i would get with option B), and additional heat exchanger. Or just listen to LSJ. LOL I stole all that from him anyways.

 

so your looking close to a total of like 4 grand?

well i work in a shop so they would do it all for me....
and what kinda of power would i be looking at...i see all sorts of diff numbers floating around

 

depends on the pulley, mods and tune.

 

i had it down to about 3600, plus don't forget you can sell your m62.

 

lets say the safest pulley

 

275~285 on the 3.1" depending on the dyno.
