laminbva core removal

laminbva core removal

really quick question, how do i remove the cores from the lower intake? I have removed the end plate, but the cores are somehow being held in.

they have an oring holding them in place..put some gloves on and put ur ********* into it

Be careful, but the way I did it was to get a rag, and some adjustable plyers, and just pull them out, but dont bend or scratch them.

Also, keep track of the o-rings that are on each end, somtimes they will stick in there when you pull out the laminova core. Just leave it in there, and switch them around.
