Looking good man! How high do you plan to rev it with the 78lb'ers in there?

 

Pulled up your old dyno graph in the dyno thread... sucker needs some smoothing.. or i need to learn to read it..

 

Yeah that guy never uses smoothing but i'm hoping to have a smoother powerband,i never liked the way that graph looked but thats what the peak hp was.It's almost(do i dare say)turbo like?lol

yeah darkmanx gained 40-50 whp on a ported head without any further tuning. He was on E85.

Hows the break in coming along? And how many miles you wanna get on it before you dyno it?

 

I think im going to follow in the break in process that i have heard from some members,first 500 vary rpms,500-1000 miles get on it a little more in the high rpms and then after 1000 hammer hard.I think after i put about 1,500 on her,i'll take her to the dyno.

As long as you don't live in the 7500-8000 rpm range all day you should be fine. I hear NBS cause some un-daily-driver-friendly vibes. Not sure if that matters to you though.

Im not doing NBS and I plan to rev out to 7500-7700 with just supertech springs on my ported head.
