Official Water/Meth Injection Thread
what is the best solution to run on the meth injection hook-up? e.i:boost juice, window washer fluid, just water, and so on? help me out here im goin to be hooking the system up today, and yes i will be tuning it later on.

well i just got done hooking everthing up and wow, what a stressful day...
first off, finding and planning where to mount and run everything is a headache.
then i broke one of the fittings(which you have to order online) but i used it anyways b/c it
held the pressure so its only halfway broke i guess.
next i drilled and tapped everything ran all the wiring and tubing easiest part!
ok then the test to inject the water w/o the injecter being in the CAI and nothing for about an hour....i then re-checked all the wiring and tried it again and it started spary it's nutz off.
ok final hook-ups(installing the injector into the k&n CAI and went for a drive...
first i let the car get hot by a couple of WOT through 1,2,3 boosting only at 14.5-15 then i flipped my rocker switch to enable the boost activated switch and did a WOT through 1,2,3 and i hit about 17-18psi, i was like, "holy sh*t" i did a couple of runs and they were all like that, awesome!! i got off the highway and came to a stop sign and smoke started to pour out from under the hood, i was like,"FU*K ME!!!" i got out open the hood and OIL is everwhere..... i look down and the ******* dip stick pop out on me.....
go to the car wash and wash the whole thing down, and go for another drive and woohoo it works again boosting hella fast and at over 15psi. but i know better then to get to excited so i pulled over asnd checked under the hood and no more oil!!! so all in all a sucessful day!!! with a few headaches...
ps the dip stick popping out i think was caused from the install of me or one of my helpers bumping it out. but if it happens again i know that its b/c of the motor, lets hope it doesnt tho.

Huge problem with the dipstick popping out has been a huge problem. Usually it ends up that the intake manifold is bad or the gasket for the intake maifold is bad. I would go ahead and check that out!
