I was going to do the 1200's but when in doubt, overkill lol.
I may also swap in the holley dominator efi setup I have in the trans am. Just build another harness and swap pcm's between cars

you and me both. probably be my over the winter project.
I am getting sick of "faking" the pcm in these cars. would be nice to just throw in a 5 bar map sensor and go to town with full resolution, plus a true 2 step and my nitrous and meth controlls all tied together and programmable.
gonna to pick up the universal efi harness and DBW harness in a week or so to start messing with it. probably have a few sensor pigtails I could use.

just waiting on some answers for a few issues I have to iron out first

I already have the setup complete for my trans am. just swap the ecu between cars and reflash for which one I"m driving.
but from scratch, complete system with harness (ls1) and boost and nitrous contol was $3149. but to have self tuning and 5 bar sd capabilities I'm game

well 800 mile update. car is running, but wideband gauged is fried, waiting on a new one so I can finally dial this bitch in, going to borrow one tonight to do some pulls with it. but was at 30psi the other day (vacuum line broke to wastegate) part throttle it pulled like an animal.
should be on the dyno in a week or two to get some final numbers on boost only. then the nitrous goes in and we shoot for 600+

well wide band is fixed and damn this thing pulls like a monster right to 8k.
out of pump already at 24psi which sucks, but may swap in a 450 next weekend, or grab my boost a pump out of the trans am to hold me over for now. nice 3rd gear pull this morning, shot a nasty fire ball on a wot 3-4 shift at 8k lol.

yeah me too, hated seeing the thing sitting.
but it's going good, throwing a 20v boost a pump in the weekend to hold the fueling over a little more until I decide what the final setup will be.

nice man, these turbos definitely put out some power.

need to figure out my ridiculous surging issue in 4th gear though. it's real bad, and only in 4th. don't think it's tune related, everything looks ok. and doesn't do it in 1-3 gears.

boost starts fluctuating by about 4-5 psi (bounces from 22-26ish) real fast and getting that lovely chugging sounds from the turbo

That sounds like typical surge. In lower gears engine speed increases fast enough to avoid it, but in 4th you approach steady state which apparently drives you into surge.

yeah think that's the problem, probably was just too low an rpm when I started the pull.

well still need more pump. 28psi with 20v to the aem 320 hitting 92% idc by 6600 rpm.
probably do the 044 inline with a surge tank soon. needs more power

for another update:
put a functioning boost gauge in finally yesterday, and realized why my idc's were so high. Running 31-32psi lol.
car is an animal and hoping to hit the dyno and track in a few weeks. will keep this updated.

yup but piggy back it.
I have the holley domintor ECU with all the bells and whistles for my trans am, might as well use it for both cars.
just waiting to verify some pin outs.
picking up the spare harness this weekend probably to start cutting and splicing.
