there are 2 ways of doing it.....Blown-4-banger's way and SS33's/GM's way. I would personally go with GM. But which ever way you go Make sure you do EVERY STEP!!

Yeah, been running it for about 2 summer months now,
they are the ones crateenginedepot.com sells

I have the same Y for split off to the surge tank as well
either way works, I went with the Y's, because they save space, and flow a little better. T fittings produce turbulent flow, as the fluids intersect at right angles

installing my endplate tomorrow. If you have HPTuners you can turn on the IC pump with it with out the motor running to bleed air out. Fun. cant wait (Sarcasm)

I am looking forward to the seeing results and impact it will have on me having the need for an HE with 2.6". Anybody with experience want to tell me how it will turnout?

Well I used a tee on mine and I haven't had any problems. My temps stay the same as everyone elses. Just use the GM recommendations and it will work out without having to cut hardly anything. I think we had to cut just one hose a little to make a little room. Good luck with it.

I also highly recommend running a mixture of redline water wetter and water. About 50/50 should do the trick, depending on your climate you may want to mix it with a little coolant instead of water.

Hope this helps.

-Vincent.
