Question about twincharging

Ok I'm not even supercharged yet and I'm already thinking twincharged.
I am got this

The saab manifold and a little turbo on it. I don't really want a whole lot of power, goal is 300. I just want to have both on to be able to say I am twincharged. A few questions though..
1. Internals-I know I gotta upgrade but what internals specifically.
2. Tune-Can trifecta tune this?
3. Cooling-Do i need a heat exchanger AND intercooler?
4. BOV-Do I need it?
5. I'm gonna run a stock pulley on the supercharger (stg2 now) but what size injectors would I need?
6. Any other advice and stuff you could give me I would greatly appreciate it.

if ya look at zzp's website they answer most of those questions man but if your just lookin for 300hp you'd be better off saving some an just going turbo'd

just go with a single turbo.

Twincharge is too much of a headache.

Ok, from me having an L61 before, your atleast going to need rods, LSJ rods are more than capable of 300whp. I personally would upgrade the pistons too. Diamond 9.5/1 would be good for a twincharged 300whp build.

I would research that turbo. Dont know if it can hit your goal.

I have no clue on trifecta's capabilities. But I would guess yes. Why do you want trifecta?

60# injectors should work.

BOV - Yes

The laminova system sucks in the Cobalt but with cooling mods you may be able to just get away with one.

eh, ive had enough headaches in my day with this car and my motor is still stock.

turbo would be the simplest, most overall satisfying route.

so internals rods and pistons, will the other stuff hold up? Only reason I don't want anymore than 300 is I have an F23 trans, and my clutch is rated at 340.
I like trifecta, I've tuned with them twice so far. And I would need 60lb injectors? really?

Twincharged cars are so unique. Most people just flat out dont have the ***** to attempt it. Im actually going to start piecing together a pretty decent twincharge set up myself pretty soon.

I should have been twincharged already if my car would start

But I am running a slightly larger turbo than this.

DD is key! Lucky I have a loving Fiance that helps me out with rides. If I didnt have her I would never have done the engine build let alone the twincharge coming up.

I have an S/C LSJ and throwing a turbo on it..

I know man! I spent a lot of money to ensure my car can hold up. I cant wait!

I am hoping near 450-500 on E85.

e85 is a ****** miracle man. Im gonna dyno before i throw on my 80s and e85. Do a before(meth) and after(e85) comparison. Im sure itll turn out cool. And for your 500whp goal. with that motor it shouldnt be a problem.

Well its bad because I will be pig rich but its better than tuning for gas and putting in E85. Its always in the car though!
