Slowbalt_06 Going Turbo.......
OK....i dont have these crazy dreams of 500 whp....i just want 325ish...so i'm gonna go turbo ..i'm alittle newbie when it comes to turbo, i'm tryin to put a list together of things i needs...whats a good turbo to go with for that power...oil lines..ect...how do you think stock internals will hold up...i will probly be using the stock intake manifold for awhile then switching to the hahn manifold later...but like i said this will not be a crazy build before the turbo goes on i will be replacing pistons...headstuds and headgasket..and clutch when necessary...i'd like to here from the turbo lsj guys...

The stock intake manifold is a bottle neck. I suggest getting it off of there in the beginning. If you do that you will be able to run more power than 325 right away.
If you want a cheap solid turbo that will make that power I would go for a t3t4 50 trim. But, if you are going to replace pistons then you won't want to have to buy another turbo when your bored. SO, a gt30R or a 60-1 would be good choices when you plan to move up.
If your serious and need any specific help on your setup don't be afraid to ask.

**** you don't need a giant turbo to get there.
You could use the 2.4 mani, and turbo that comes for the hahn 2.4 kit probably.
Turn teh boost up and get that, insta-spool.
I wonder if you could get there with the K04 off an LNF.
Close, and epic torques. With 325whp set up you can do it with a small turbo. Small turbos are the win with their torque

Your giving wrong information. This kid is going to rip his manifold off and try to bolt up the 2.4 mani and think, "Oh, damn this doesn't ******* work, wtf!"

Manifolds are not interchangeable, they will physically bolt up, but not work correctly.
Stock LSJ intake mani will make decent power and you'll have the plus of being able to run a dual IC setup (I did on the first turbo setup, FMIC and stock HE) Get low IAT's and it's a pretty easy setup to fab up.
Turbo I"d go with for 325 whp is a GT2871, almost instant spool and will support up @350whp or so (give or take). You could still run 60lb's injectors with that setup, stock fuel pump will support that no problem.

WTF just listen to me. I tried it. There is a crank case vent port on the LSJ that needs to be open to the manifold. The ONLY other manifold with a similar port is the LK9 intake manifold. It's not new news.
