timing question

ok so i know im out of time, i got jbp stg2 cams and i was wondering if the factory timing settings with the colored links matched up to the marks on the cam gears is correct timing or do i have to adjust it. i still have the factory gears. i skipped timing when i tore the engine down so my colored links dont line up anyways. we just eyeballed the gears from the diagram that i got from my dealership. any pointers? thanks in advance

anyone?
