Will this cobra HE fit the 2.0 LSJ?

Looking for a heat exchanger I found this one.

Will this fit the 2.0L?
Can I use the Bwoody brackets with this H/E?

it'll work, just requires some engenious fabrication. the bwoody mounts are intended for the stock h/e off the 03-04 cobra
