I'm a million miles from zzp and they haven't been so great getting back to me via email. Talking to them on the phone is impossible... I'll post up all the experience here soon. This was the least of my aggravations, any ideas on the MBC guys?

I bet that is aggravating. It sounds hooked up correctly to me. I built my own turbo car and run a MBC.

Nice man, what boost controller and wastegate did you use? Same as mine or different, I know different style wastegates only have 1 port instead of two.

I got it figured out... Well, I wish one of the higher boosting guys or ZZP for that freaking matter would have mentioned this...

THE RPD ONLY READS 25.5lbs, THE INTERCEPTOR GAUGES ONLY READ 21! Effing HPTUNERS only really freaking reads 23.5-24 after baro pressure is taken into account!

What the ****, why would I have a car, boosting over 25.5lbs with no gauges to read the crap. The wastegate was hooked up wrong from all the threads I read. God knows what boost I have been putting the car though after I hooked one up correctly and turned it up... I actually had to go over to a friends house to borrow a gauge to read higher...

Here we go. So stupid... so stupid

Car is sold, I must have replaced 8 failing sensors... all diferent ones on the car in the last week, replaced manifold bolts that kept falling out, and chasing new rattles each day. I'm now the proud owner of a 2014 GTR. I hope all your projects go much better than mine. This just wasn't the car for me it seems. I'm sorry I couldn't keep it together better.

On a side note I'll be listing up my HPTuners suite with 6 credits is for sale for 400 shipped!

Dang man that sucks it didn't work out. I figured having zzp build the car for you would equal a near perfect result

You have more money than you have car smarts, you buy a car, have zzp build it and then sell it? I wish, wish wish I had those kind of options of throwing away half a years pay to decide I want something else. I thought I was wasteful spending so much on a balt but this guy makes me feel vindicated....

Sigh, just smh

Nah, it's sitting at Sandy Sansing Nissan in Pensacola fl for sale for 14k. It has a new failed sensor since I traded it. Should arrive at auction anytime i would assume. I hoped it would have gone better guys. I had an Evo built by ams a few years back. Ran flawlessly for years. Not even a hiccup. This one started falling apart within a month with me babying the hell out of it... So many effing random failures... No idea why.. Oh well, live and learn!

Your motivation and build was so inspiring, I bet hundreds of cobalt owners would love to have a zzp built cobalt. Sorry everything didn't work out and that is really dissapointing, but at least the GTR won't be falling apart anytime soon, can't imagine that build! lol Thanks for posting!

It's not listed on their used car site. I've got a buddy looking to get one! I wonder if they still have it...

Its not ont he site as of yet, if your interested just get the number for Sandy Sansing and call Joshua Mills@ Sandy Sansing in the used car department. He could probably set up the deal if you are really interested in it.

Yea, me and my ol lady used to spend a few weeks at a time there for work. I'll let you know the next time I roll that way. We have big meets in Pensacola every weekend though, only two hours out! Make it over one weekend, we could go out and have a good time. Muchmore fun than gulfport

I hear ya man. I had similar issues, I'm from Charleston, WV. Had a bit more done than you. Pretty much my build was identical to Ryan/ScytheSnake's. Traded the balt for a 5.0 Coyote Stang. Found out for what I had in aftermarket parts in the balt I could be sitting over 1000rwhp in the mustang.

Just a couple of minutes searching would have shown you the stock computer and boost gauge only read 22.5 psi. Doesn't take a higher boosting guy. And why you ever buy a cobalt if you had the money for a gtr?
