2006 cobalt ss 2.0 supercharged manual trans car stopped running and no crank no start no communication with ecu lights on dash just like bad ground with power steering and low fuel checked every ground like issue before even with meter all good what pin on ecu would show it getting power or ground or where else should i check engine was rebuilt 500 miles ago with new harness same symptoms as bad ground but this time no communication with ecu
