I've got $350 bucks, and i wanna get some more carbon fiber for my car, i dont have much, just CF badges and polished w/ CF engine covers... i dont tihnk i can afford a hood..

Hey, I have a CF hood, someone made me an offer already, but i'm not sure if the deal is going to go through or not

I'd do $200 plus your stock silver hood.

Or if he sells his before you get the chance to buy it, on ebay they sell OEM carbon fiber hoods for around high $400's. I don't know if you want to save some more or not. Just a thought.

I looked at a few, shipping is $150.

i've heard of carbon fiber haveing issues after like a year or two is that true? like coats peeling??

Yeah I've never heard of that. Maybe the clearcoat but not the epoxy layer

take care of it and that wont happen, my CF wing is faded alittle bit due to sun

If ur wing is fading then it's not uv protected. See if there's a shop than can put some on
