Unhappy ~ Need a new shift knob! help

Im new to this website, wondering if someone could help me out. My shift knob recently started to fall apart and im looking into getting a new one asap. Im a girl so I want a cool one maybe pink or just a nice leather looking one since my interior is leather.

Is there a specific size I need to get? for the threads or anything or will any shift knob fit it?

Just a little blonde and don't know much about cars lol please help !! thank-you!

Ok guys thats enough stop joking with her haha, I would suggest u buying a short shifter cause why not change the whole shifter if u wanna change the knob.

Twm short shifters are pretty good and there are pink knob if u want to but i would call them and u want a specific knob to be pink.

And if u really dont want to change your whole shifter, well, what have u got? 2.2L or 2.4? cause u can go on ebay or other sites to get knobs that fits ur stock shifter. its kind of easy but i suggest the short shifter + ull love it + its a good modification cause its the piece u touch the most that u play with u know what im saying girl?

Lol GTFO means Get The **** Out. You'll probably see that saying quite a lot on this site. But welcome.

Disregard the E-humpers, they go away eventually.

haha Never said it was hard... well yeah it is actually xD how many girls like cars...

Like in my circle of friends they dont even know what GM is and my gf only know what a civic is haha. She doesnt even reconize my car from the back, being a 2 door Ls that have unique style of tail lights.

Anyway I dont know if u can only change the knob but dont go to walmart get one plz just take ur time and do a lil research on the subject and after buy that pink knob u always wanted

im not sure how you would secure a knob on the factory shifter. but if you Bought a Short Throw Shifter, you could change the knobs quite easily. check Ebay for 02-05 Cavalier Short throws if youre strapped for cash. if you can spend a little i would Suggest the TWM Performance Shifter. I love mine

I'm almost certain that most momo shift knobs are fastened on with allen key screws, so somehow I'm sure you could make that work.

Something like:
Momo Crystal Shift knob or Momo Combat Shift knob

hope that helps =). What color is your car? Or what do you want it to look like? I'm sure I can find something that would suit you

this is the Short Throw Shifter, Deffinatly worht the money if you have it

Chevrolet Cobalt Short Shifters and Shift Knobs - TWM Performance

Then you can use just about any knob, because the TWM is threaded. i've never been a fan of using a 4MM allen screw to hold on a shift knob.

I Have the TWM Short Throw with a Black Hurst 5Spd Ball
