Are they good for reduscing glare and producing a good cutoff so i dont blind other drives oncoming whats the thoughts

 

my gen 1's have no glare at all like the gen 3's have. the cutoff is pretty clean and i love them. as long as u aim them correctly u shouldn't be blinding people, except for when u go over a bump and ur cutoff gets raised way up, but that happens with all headlights.
