Ok, so I guess this question could go under the appearence section. Well I have had the 1st gen proj. headlights in since probably late 06 and I've never had an issue with them. Recently the passenger side low beam light has not been turning on, but the driver's side is fine. I pulled the bulb out and checked it - it's fine. Sometimes tho, it will work. But usually it won't. Has anyone else had any trouble with this?

 

If you're using Halogens, I will bet that the clip that holds the bulb down is coming loose (Cheaply made, I find they don't handle the heat/stress well, so it starts to bend very easily). I know the highbeams on the 2nd gens are H1 like the lows in the 1st gens, and I know in my old pair, if the wire that held the bulb in got loose, the bulb would not ground properly. The issue doesn't exist in the H7 bulbs since it is a 2 blade bulb rather than a single blade one.
