2.4 and 2.0 fascias

I'm sure this has been brought up many times, so just a link to the thread will do, but does anyone know if the lower lip off the s/c fascias just bolts on to the n/a fascia? i have the holes on my front fascia it appears to just bolt one straight on, and the rear appears to have that black plastic mesh bolted on where the s/c's rear piece would install. i really like the lower extensions, but don't want to have to buy new fascias... anyone else with a 2.4 tried this?
