2007 SS/SC trunk

Quick question as you may all know the SS/SC balts have a trunk release on what I call the " clicker " which locks/unlocks my car etc..... if i were to trade trunks for example with another yellow balt that has either a Highrise spoiler or no spoiler instead of mine with the low rise, how would u go about exchanging trunks, would u have to swap out the locking mechanisms because i was also thinking how would my key work if I ever needed to use it.. if this is the case is this hard to do? thanks for all the feedback.!

The Locking mechanism is on the bottom part of your trunk, not on the lid.

hmm strange... the lock/keyhole on mine is right under my bowtie and there is some kind of locking mechanism on both the trunk lid and bottm part if that makes sense

I don't believe you would need to do any modding to the parts.
