2nd layer of tint on moving window?

right now i have 5 on the back 3 and 15 on the front windows, and i want to go darker but i dont want to have to strip off my old tint then pay 70 to get it redone. i was looking at www.snaptint.com and was looking to buy one of there front window kits which are like 25 dollars...is there anything wrong with 2 layers on a moving window? and right now i have suntek carbon so would it make it look weird if i put on a different kind?

thanks

I've had double layered tint before on my side windows before (move up and down)...I never had problems. Just make sure you get some good quality tint not the cheap stufff.

use good tint and you'll be fine. I was involved in an accident with my old S10 and I Tboned a guy. It crinkled up the cab of my truck and busted all the windows. the front two windows were double layered and the back 3 were single layered. the front two shattered and stuck to the tint like a big sheet, and the back 3 ended up half way across the road in pieces. Now I kinda look at that as a nice safety perk..... as long as it's not so dark you can't see out of them....
