35% tint on black ss/sc? Or other colors?

Yes, I've already done a search and I can't seem to find anyone with a black ss/sc and a 35% tint job. I'd settle for some pics of another car with 35% tint too. I want to get my windows done and I don't really feel like getting pulled over for having 20% even though it looks sweet. Any help is appreciated.

I have 20% and have not been bothered for almost 6 months.

What rims are those? Those would look sweet on mine.

I hate this tint laws BS. In NY i think its like 23 percent or something like that (kindly correct me if im wrong). I know its all about safety and what not but i feel that we should be allowed to tint our windows anyway we like especially since 25% doesn't look that tinted. I would like a dark black tint not for anything else but the for the way it looks. Too bad their are laws like this

Definately helps. Just wanted to make sure it wouldn't look lame as hell with only 35%. That is dark enough for me.

On a related note, I love how all the tint places say up front that legally they can go only 35% in this state, then the next sentence is that everyone gets 20% though. The places I went today didn't even have any cars in the shop that were getting anything but 20%. I was trying to find an example of what 35% would look like. No luck there.

California tint law states you can't have ANY tint on the front. I'm still getting 20% on the front though

23% is pretty dark.. You have it backwards.. NY state is 70 up front and as dark as you want in the back. I've paid the fine 3 times in 2 years. I took some ones advice early on and I no longer get upset when I pay my tint tax. For the poster, my car is black with 35%, pics on cardomain link below.

I'm sure that will be a nice ticket. I have no idea how much the ticket would be here in WA but probably their all time favorite $101. Every damn fine you can get here is $101.

70 visible light transmittance.... which is the stock tint
so any tint of roll up windows is illegal...
