3rd Gen Projectors Installed! Day/Night Pics!
i really like those. i want to get mine in already!! had to file a despute as k2motor never shipped or responded to any messages. looks good man, a lot better than i thought.
quick question, what color bulb do you have at the blinker? is it a white bulb, or amber that just looks white in the pic? can i reuse the stock headlight bulbs or do i have to get special bulbs too?

And yes, they're the exact same as the stockers.. 3157 I think? It's been years since I bought em.

what are those projectors called?
how was fitment.... any gaps? how does the quality of the projector compare to the other gens thanks for any input
I'll get some better pics of the cutoff up.
I just got these projectors too! I put some 8000k HIDs in and DAMN!! They look good. For those who just get these...there's a sticker on the side that says "NO HID"...don't worry about that, your housing won't melt!!

And yea, there's no worry of HIDs melting the housing, they actually run a hell of a lot colder than halogens do.
They fit great for me, I had no problems. Well actually on one of them the wires for the HID kit was pushing the headlight housing out, but I got it in. As for quality, they have a very nice cutoff, and they don't leak from what I have seen so far.

Those look pretty decent on a car, the pics really dont do those justice. But I would still prefer the 2nd gen ones, but I have a set of 1st gen on mine. When I have the funds, I may purchase a new set (2nd) and some HIDs.
yeah mine fit great too..love the way they look.. the best lookin ones in my opinion.. silv3r did you get yours adjusted out with out a problem? it took me a lil time to adjust mine but i got it and they really shine out there..
I also have to install my catch can and do some other odds and ends, so really I have a full days work ahead of me this weekend.
Where did you adjust your lights to? Just against your garage door or something?
yeah i did it on the side of my house.. my projectors was just low so all i had to do to them was make even movements up on em.. the high beam was another story.. lol they was crossed and low so it took me a lil long to fine tune them.. they shine great noe though..
i havent seen em with pre installed hids before.. the ccfl's come with the hids installed though..
