? About Waxing and Clear Coat

I just finished clear coating some of the parts I painted under the hood and I was wondering how long I should let the clear dry before waxing it?

it probably says on the can of paint, you usually want to wait awhile before waxing fresh paint

i waited 24 hr before i waxed mine just to be safe
