adding fog lights

I've got an ss bumper on the way, and need some fog lights. Is this the wiring harness I need?

And then all I would need is the actual fogs and the switch? I've done a bunch of searching and haven't found anything helpful

What I'm gonna try is to tear apart the under hood fuse block. find the Fog fuse and or relay, run the wire. Connect an OEM switch to the already supplied wire that is in the dash, and have the dealer program the BCM for fog lights. I've searched AllData, and it shows that the BCM controls it and then the signal goes to the under hood fuse box.

Hope that helps.

Yeah they did that for me too when I had them program in Cruise control. but they charged an extra .5 cause they decided to call the engineers and see if it was even possible.

I screwed up and didn't print out the step by step that was in the how to here. Talked to the manager and he had it done the next day without even asking me how too cause he already knew. FML

The fogs I ordered came with a hrness, relay and aftermarket fog button and I also added another relay for them to have them automatically come on with the headlights. So I can turn the fogs on by themselves or leave em alone and they will come on with the headlights.I can post a vid of it if you want

I would put HID's in the fogs and then just run a Wire from your fuse box pulling off a fuse that loses power when you shut the car off to a switch then down to the HID Relay. This would allow you to turn them on and off and have them on with both low and high beams.

With how I have my 2nd relay wired,I can have the fogs on with low beam, high beam, running light+fogs,no light+fogs,or car completely off +fogs.

Damn, thats alot of options haha. I just would be worried about forgetting about them being on if they where hooked up to a constant power feed.
I guess i dont know exactly how you have yours wired so im sure you prob dont have that issue though.

that's what the led button is for.Watch my vid and you will see. And you can always hook the trigger source to a switched circuit.

aw man, i shouldve commented last night, I was going to suggest mounting TRS Blazer fogs to the bumper rather than going oem I BELIEVE the are the same size, and the blazers are very similar projectors but with a deeper housing and a clear lense that will be 10x better than factory SS fogs. And they are only $50 at TRS.
