haha na i bought a metal rod from work used on fiberglass hoods with camaros

 

how much is that? same length as stock?

 

it was like $30 or 40 bucks and na its not same as stock i put it in front of latch on the car and it work fine

hey just thought i would let everyone know (this thread reminded me); I'm a member of a few different car forums and have been reading posts on more than one site about fake Aero catch hood pins. Someone has been making a knock off replica that breaks but looks EXACTLY the same. Look out for who you buy them from. just a heads up.

 

I got them from an authorized aerocatch dealer who uses them on there race cars including formula d drift cars but thanks
