from my readings, it's probably better to stick with your halogen housings. Too many people complain about issues with aim and quality of the lights. Just my .02

Gen II's have way better light output than Gen I's but the cutoff sucks

Both will fog with a **** ton of rain or when I washed em.

fogging FTL. You would have to take em apart and reseal them. At that point you're better off just taking your stockers apart and painting them. That's what I did. I also made a retrofit set that I sold to a member on here. Time consuming, but worth every damn penny!

They don't stay fogged for more than 15 minutes though.

No headlight is perfect sealed on purpose.

That's why there is vents in em.

Yeah, but even my stockers never fogged. A properly sealed headlight won't fog from a car wash (you only see that on aftermarket lights or custom lights).

The only way a stocker will fog is if you remove the bulbs out on a humid day and seal them back up. The humid air is trapped inside and when cold water hits them they fog up (like a soda can). That's why I replace bulbs indoors in either A/C or non humid day

My stockers have fogged up as much as the aftermarket ones have.

It doesn't bother me because it isn't like that for more than 15-20 minutes

Yup, 2 of them! I've NEVER had that problem until the headlight was at least 2 years old.

My stockers fog every morning. It goes away once the car warms up.

My pass side on my stocks always fogged up when I washed the car, the odd time when it rained. Never the driver side though. Come on guys! Someones gotta have pics of their cut offs and projections.
