Air buubles on Decal?

Air buubles on Decal?

How do you get rid of air bubbles on a Decal? I did everything right ....It looks fine from a far but if u look close it looks bubbly in spots

If its a vinyl decal take an x-acto knife with a fresh blade and give it a quick tiny poke while pushing the air out of the hole you poke with a finger

start over if you want it to look good. but if you do it right what Gsoccer said will actually work

yeah you could start over and you might want to wet apply it with a squeegee so you have some time to play with the positioning and have a better chance of getting more bubbles out than just laying it dry

**** well i cant start over i took the clear part off I thought once i layed it down the acutaly decal would ripp off


Ill get a pic soon to get opnions of its bad ill remove it

You can use the x-acto knife, or if it's just a few small bubbles then just give it some time. The sun will make it go away in time. Mine did anyway.

You can also use a hair dryer to shrink it . But not to close or to fast .

^^^it does but too much is bad because most of those shrink a ton when heat is applied, and if one part shrinks while the other sticks, they can actually tear.

just gotta be real careful and use the heat in quick bursts for the desired outcome
