For all those with SS emblems in the grill

I'm old school
That would be a tough one. Those chevy wings are molded right into that front facia. Here's what I see as possibilities.
1. New front facia. Do a body kit.
2. Cut the horizontal piece that runs the length of the grill out. Remove the grill. Replace the grill with an aftermarket one (I don't even know if there are any yet) that fits using an external lip that would cover the cut facia.
3. Cut the wings off. Cover the horizontal piece across the grill with something, anything, clean. To conceal the cuts. This is probably the solution, but I wouldn't know what to cover it with.

Check out mine, I know people don't want vinyl and **** on their car but it will work great for this. Take off the OEM badge, make a template, cut the vinyl, and there you go. Still says chevy and now "SS". It's on my cardomain site. Click my cr in my sig.

Heheh..... yeah..... upside down..... I'd take some paint and paint that bowtie outline black or something.... then put the SS over it. Car mods after drinking..... never a good idea.

speaking of car mods while drinking- you should have seen my attempt at tinting my windows on my ranger after a few 40's and a pint of jack. Oh man, i've seen 3rd graders tint windows better than i did.

Yes there are holes left, 4 if I remember right. I covered this up w/ a vinyl chevy bowtie.
Yes, to place an SS emblem on it.
