Modern Performance has worked with the manufacturer of these boards for some time now, and we have been asked to step up and help distribute this product.

We are thrilled at how inexpensive this piece is, how easy the conversion is and how great it looks.

Here are some quick details.

If we can get 20+ people to purchase, they will be $21 INCLUDING shipping to your doorstep.

If we can get 10 people, but not 20 people, they will be $25.00 including shipping to your doorstep.

This is by priority mail service, possibly even by Fedex.

Any info on the tail lights? I would like to see a price on both so I could see about getting the two at once if the price is reasonable.

 

as of right now the tail lights are going to be in testing phaze once i recieve them im sure moderneco will get in contact with my friend that makes them hes currently designing another board setup the current one requires 2 boards his new one will use 1 board

as for somebody getting the prototype im first in line after that it is up to hawk if i can trade them to somebody else

i know im going to be testing the 2 board sometime soon he has to fix some things on it and then ship it out to me

Emperor: I know a little bit about these so i'll fill ya in on some info... old and new design both have a total of 6 rings. old design, from the center out is 4, 8, 16, 16, 32, 32 (number of leds per ring)...the new design has, from the center out, 4, 8, 16, 16, 16, 16...old design uses a seperate board that sits behind the main led board for the resistors...new design doesnt, resistors are located on the BACK of the board...creating less wiring mess and an easier installation.

I also know that the maker is only working with Modern Performance(retail end) and 2006BlackSS/SC(for product developement) and prototypes arent available otherwise...

I will keep developing stuff for cobalts, but its up to yall to show enough interest for MPx to carry them And from the looks of things so far.....that shouldnt be a problem...

I just wanted to say one thing, because i know it will inevitably come up sooner or later anyways... I'm not here to violate any vendor rules, so please dont ask if I could sell something to you... I'm not a registered vendor on here, I'm just a manufacturer of lights and thats how I want to keep it. Any and all sales of anything I make for cobalts will have to go through Modern Performance, they're currently the ONLY place you can find my items i've designed for cobalts. I'm just here to answer questions and show off new developments.
