any machinist out there!?!?!

i have a momo steering wheel hub adapter i bought. it said for GM but apparently all the GMs dont have the same size hub shaft so mine is slight bit smaller so i was wondering if there anyone out there that can machine it for me if i mail them the hub i bought and then send it back. thanks for viewing.

internal splines are difficult few machinists have that capability. I am modifying a sparco one with the same issue myself this week. Blazin07SS had ca do it for him iirc. difficult, if you screw up it could be fatal.

the race hubs are 275.00 I run this set up, accept momo and sparco wheels.i will have photos of the race hubs and results of the sparco mod hubs next week. First go round the machinist refused to modify the momo hub said it would be too much of a risk. The cobalt column has a master spline that the momo and sparco hubs dont have...

Just watched a guy install a Cobalt SS steering wheel onto his Cavalier, hmm would assume the MOMO for the Cav would work but could definitely be wrong.

the later model cavs are in the same boat as us. no aftermarket made hub fits the cobalt unless modified or made like powell
