Anyone have any info on this HID Kit

reason im asking is because im buying this for a friend and we have a cap on our price we can spend...its 80 bucks...i wanted to get my friend an HID kit and i saw this browsing ebay so i wanted to know if anyone out there can give me some ideas as to the integrity of this kit or possibly another kit that can be recommended...i saw 3bspecs kit but its outta my price range...all help is appreciated

vvme.com i got my bi-xenons for 104 and change

unless your looking for just low beam then the ones from ebay would work

nah just looking at low beam he has an evo 9 but without the HIDs...hes got the projectors so i figured id get them for christmas not a bad price on that either 41 bucks

i have this exact kit... it works good.. and the slim ballasts save so much space... the cobalts dont have much space by the head lights so i figured i would get the slim ballast and i like it..... so here's the link and the seller is good...

H1, H3, H4(low), 9003(low) ,HB2(low) , H6(low), H6m(low), H7, H8, H9, H10, 9145, H11, H13(low), 9008 (Low), 880/881 (All 800 series), 9004(low), HB1(Low), 9005, HB3, 9006, HB4, 9007(low), HB5 (Low)

so from that what i understand anyone that just have low next to it are just low beam, but say the h1 and h3 would be both high/low

our headlights, stockers, use the same bulb for both high/low correct, so id want a bi-xenon correct
