anyone have a pic of the trunk lid with holes?

anyone have a pic of the trunk lid with holes?

im specifically interested in seeing where the holes are and how many on a SS/SC trunk lid because im thinking about removing my spoiler and plugging them

i dont have pics but there are 2 holes on each side (4 total) and if you look behind the carpet on the trunk lid you can see em..

there is actually 4 holes on each side, two big holes and then 2 crescent shaped holes that gm uses as anchor holes for the adhesive

Jrelly said it right, there are 8 holes in total. 2 on each for bolts and a odd shaped hole for the adhesive to set into.

have they made plugs yet? i just put on some black electrical tape. hardley notice it. never lets water in, and its winter time here in canada and its never peeled off. gone through many car washes also

You can get plugs from a body shop, Rangerondubz has some.

Those screws look retarded, looks worse than the wing being on the back of that redline.

have you looked in to trading trunk lids with an LT or some one with a clean lid... I found a guy chi that traded straight up, all you have to do is swap lids and the locking mechanism( theres a how to on both) and your good... and no ugly plugs...

id love to swap lids but its like a needle in a haystack trying to find someone that wants to and then is actually the right color
