So, in my quest to find the SS Recaros, I found a set of fronts and the rear seat for $375. The seats are in great condition, but, are not the right color. They are the ebony and blue, rather than yellow. I would have gotten the ones with the yellow inserts, but they were extremely expensive, even through a salvage yard/recycler, and too far away to even think about shipping. There was no way I could beat the price on the seats, so I jumped on it. Now, I'm stuck with having to get the inserts redone, or something else. Redoing them may be more expensive than I thought, so I wondered if anyone knew of anyone that had them/could find them, or a GM site where I can order them maybe. It's just the skins, and I can keep the same cushions, hardware, etc... If anyone can help, that'd be awesome!

 

the recaros DO NOT come in yellow, onlye the blue which was in the 04 ion and the grey which was in the 05 and up ions and cobalt ss/sc g85 packs

only the regulkat ss seats came with the yellow inserts, but they are not recaros

 

Ahhh...well, maybe they aren't Recaros then, but thats what the dude at the salvage yard said. All, I know is that they are are blue and black. If that's the case, I'll just get them redone. But as far as if they aren't recaros, know a GM site that sells the skins?
