Anyone use Piaa bulbs?

So in the never ending battle of lighting my way without going with HID's I've decided to buy a set of Piaa bulbs from one of our vendor's. I have the choice of Piaa Xtreme White Plus and the Piaa Super Plasma GT-X. What light has the better out put (whats going to light the road better?) For any of you that have these lights, what do you think of them? What are the pros and cons of the piaa's? I know someone is going to say that they are a lot of money and go with HID's... well truth is I am paying no more than a set of silverstars (cnd $$$) and my department is on strike so I can't afford a projector/hid set up right now.

Thanks

Piaa extreme whites is what I haved used in my last three cars. I am thinking about switching up to the pluses. Never had any issues with them burning out fast like some of the other brands. You can find them for as low as 60$ on ebay.

Do the extreme whites have the same yellowish look to them as the silverstars... thats what I am trying to stay away from but I want good output.

^ I had Silverstars in my Monte Carlo for over 2 years and never burnt out? Just lucky maybe? I dunno. And I can't vouch for the Ultras, never tried em.

The Silverstar Ultra bulbs have a 4100K colour temp. and the PIAA Xtreme White Plus have a 4000K.....which is actually not as white, but they have a blue tip which makes the light have a blue tinge to it. I personally have the Silverstar Ultras at the moment and I like them quite a bit.....definitly a lot whiter than the stock bulbs.
