arrival blue calipers..(UPDATED PICS!)

Here's my arrival blue calipers, they are still drying so I'll try to get more pics tomorrow. I think it looks pretty good. I'm not a good painter so bare with me. I just painted them by hand with a brush.

updated pics also the engine bay too!! Don't flame me on the vinyl, my friends did this enough already!

Thanks for looking guys and gals!

Is that paint for high temps? If not you may have some problems. It well peel off in no time. Looks good now though. Need some more pics though.

It's just normal auto paint. I'm aware it could peel. I'm hoping for the best.
Thanks for the input. I'll try to get a few more pics tomorrow but it looks real pretty for now!

Paint peeling easy off a caliper is an old wives tale. Regular old paint works just fine, has for years and years and years. They never had high heat ceramic paint back in the day, we just used regular old spray paint. i color matched mine with regular old paint and so far no issues.

They look great, and they should for a long time to come as long as you preped the surface before you painted them.

BTW whats the lettering made out of?

Good to hear. Yes I prepped the surface as well. Also lettering is high heat vinyl made specially for calipers or high heat applications of coarse. Got them on ebay.
