Yup, I guess it was coming eventually. I get home today with my best friend. and as we're getting out of the car, he yells "WTF?! Dude"

So I walk over to the other side and what do I see? A nice big ******* key right across my quarter panel Yeah, it's definitely not gonna buff out, so unless that touch-up paint works well, i guess I'm pretty screwed.

Well, on another note, i waxed it today with meguiars gold class wax and its nice, the texture is so smooth now

 

Thats so shitty. Someone did that to my buddies car... $300 to fix

 

Yea i know how you feel some ****** in a shitty blue escort was next to me at work a couple weeks ago and slammed his passanger door into my door and left a ding in it. If i see his car around again im putting a footprint in his POS. Also my gfs friend backed into the rear end of my car and took some good chunks of paint off and Ive only had the car now for about 4 months. Got estimates on the bumper and its gonna cost almost 450 to repair. Figured i will live with it til i get a body kit and get a replacement bumper.

 

If i cant get out the scratch, i'm going to have to get new quarter panels or something, maybe I'll pick some up from Cobalt-Addiction

Honestly though, I think it was because of your racing stripes.

Did they dent the metal? Or could you just use touch up paint?

 

Good thing our school parking lot has surveillance, I'm going to see if I can look at the tapes tomorrow and find the ****** so I can take a **** on his pillow and light his house on fire

 

Its just the paint scratched, its pretty deep though, I just have never had any experience with the touch-up paint, so idk how well it works

Honestly, just because I work 6 days a week, and I can afford to lease a nice car and put stuff into it, these lazy ******** with their POSes have to get jealous and ruin my car

sorry for the bad luck man, I've had **** like that happen to me.
one time I was sitting in trafic and this old lady decides she doesn't want to stay in her cab, so she pays him, and practically kick the cab door open and it slams into the driver side door, leaving a dent about 5in long, then she smiles, and walks across the street *^$#&^% bitch, the caby was pissed to, cause he was driving a 300C.

That does suck. Someone scratched mine last week. It could've been keyed, but it could've just been someone leaning against it and a button on their pants scratched it or something... it's only about 8 or 9 inches long and deeper on one end. I might try to do some kind of touch up job on it. It's right behind my passenger side door under the rear quarter window. Let us know if you figure anything out about yours.

 

If all else fails i may end up relpacing it with one of those L3 fenders, because it doesnt look as ricey as the other fenders. But the 90 dollars is a little high for shipping, maybe you could bring it to east coast tuners

 

that sucks man i have had a few door ding but nothing that severe good luck with fixing it.

 

I hate ppl like that, they are jealous cause the are lower life forms.

i'd hate to say it but you should lose the stripes and decals. it's made you a target and isnt worth keeping if its gonna cost money in body repairs do to ******** that dont agree with your car. just my opinion.

 

hey man... same thing happened to my black 06 ss/sc in the school parking lot but worse.... it was 3 weeks old and some van parked beside me to block mee from the camera... anyway someone keyed the entire drivers side really deep...and now its like a week later still there...cant afford to get rid of it

 

as i stated in ur other thread, u need to lose the decals and stripes. ur gettin the wrong attention for the wrong reasons.
