back window tint questions

i did my back tints this weekend at some shop. when i left i noticed the back in the top wasnt that great like the rest of the car. i gave it a couple days to see if it would stick or what. after almost a week, it didnt change, i went to the shop and said that these cars in the back window, in the top we have some circles there that make it look like this, but that the tint wont come off. has any1 else had any problems with tints like these? are these guys bullshitting or what? also, any way to fix this myself?
heres a pic, really sunny so maybe it wont show that bad.

Common problem.

A good tint shop is able to tint it to they don't show like that.

Your other options are covering it with a piece of black vinyl, or just learning to live with it.

no thats just the way it is, i could tell the same exact story.

if u want, u can make it a little better by pushing out all the air possible now that its been a few days (i made mine a little better)

or if it's really bugging you, put black vynil over that area then tint over it.

From: VA BEACH,
the shop i went to said the same thing that the tint wouldnt stick up there so i had them cut it just below the circles and plan on covering it with vinyl.
