BC2 Body kit Owners Look Here

okay well i have the BC2 Body kit and im planning getting bigger rims this year.

the only issue i have is the kit is made from AIT, and last year i had 225/50/17 on it for tires and i couldnt get the front tires on, so now i have 215/40/17 and they fit with very little clearence.
i wanna see if anyone else is running a 18 inch rim and what size tire you running.

thanks.

Runnin Falken 452's, 225/40Z/18. Only problem I have is a lil rubb on rear while in reverse. But then again, tha bodykit isn't an exact fit. It took hours and lots of sweat to make it work. Tha rear bumper is bowed out because of nonfitment. But it's not 100% bad and tires fit no problem.

Here's just 1 pic of tha fitment issues during installation:

My friend and I had to stretch that rear sides to fit so much, that tha bottom of tha pass.bumper actually bent. But I guess that's what u get for a cheap $560 bodykit lol

You'll regret getting the kit in about 6 months time. I did.

I ran stock ss/sc wheels with 215/45/18's all day long and had no problem with clearance.

lol the reason yours fit trey was cuz paul did a **** load of work to get it to clear the wheels on the front. it was far from the way it came in the box when you got it.

To each their own I guess. This is gonna be the third car I've owned with a fiberglass body kit on it, and have never had any issues with them. I drove each of the other two for about 2 years each as a daily driver, and never once cracked my front bumper or anything.

As for the question on rims, I don't have pics of my bumper on yet cause I had some fitment issues to line it up with the fenders, but when I first had it test fitted, I drove it for a couple days with no problems, running ICW Osaka 18"s with 225/40/18 tires
