Magnaflow Exhaust is one of the top selilng exhaust systems and mufflers, so i would hardly say "shitty".

Red06LS I've got that same Magnaflow and its fine...except thats classified more as a resonator than a muffler. Atleast the Magnaflow resonator I have to replace the rear muffler looks very identical to that.

Its perfect because you can't see it hanging down from the side of your car and there is no big ass cannon showing out the back. Just a clean, stock looking (but not sounding) resonator...

a muffler does just that muffles the sound of the exhaust. cars have very loud exhaust so by law things such as mufflers are used to keep it quiet. Only problem is now adays people want it loud so 99% of the aftermarket mufflers around ae louder the stock....
