I'm almost done. I just have to add a lil more abs goo to fill the smal low points and then sand ounce more. ill post pics up soon. this bezel isn't for me. I'm making a single gauge bezel for the steering wheel column for my stock boost gauge and I'm putting wideband in stock pillar local.

looks good, hell looks like all you need is a little body filler and sand and paint. What size pvc/abs pipe did you use?

no body filler here. abs all the way. and the pipe used is 2". stock boost gauge fits snug as a rug.

Looks good, I might have to give this a try. I just said body filler to just fill the very small voids. Not as mentioned earlier used to make and shape the whole thing.

i dont think i missed it, maybe i did, but what brand is this abs goo and where can it be purchased, im assuming a local hardware store. Ive been working on something very similar but for the middle of the dash.

actually i made it myself. i went to michaels and got a little dispenser bottle. You take abs shavings or tiny pieces and dissolve them in acetone.

you dont have to mix a hardener with it. just mix with acetone til its mushy and put where you want it. when the acetone evaporates, you have hardened abs
