Yeah, now I have a bezel, and I have 5'x2" ABS pipe, and Acetone...i have these questions also

i found the absolute best way to make the abs small enough for better break down by the acetone is to go to walmart and buy a cheap ass blender like 15$ or so. break the abs into smaller size pieces with saw etc. and snap apart and put in the blender.

as for consistency it will basically do it itself. it will be just like glue. but make sure it's in a good sealed container or it will harden up. i went to michaels craft store and got little containers like finger paint comes in.

hey impulse what size pipe did you use to make these? when i went to buy pipe for it i couldn't find any that would fit the gauges. it was all either to small or to big. i ended up makin mine out of a cut up gauge pod but wasnt satisfied with the out come. im usin it thou.
