Just curious if anyone makes dash inserts that are actually billet Aluminum to replace the cheap fake factory plastic ones. When i was looking to buy a cobalt a found a blue SS with a blue flame design in place of the factory one, so i know there are some options out there.

But does anyone make real billet inserts for all of the fake aluminum plastics? For example: the are near the steering wheel controls, near the door handles and the long one that runs along the dash.

Sorry i cant think of a name to call it.

Talk to your friendly machine shop hahah, but that's a lot of aluminum, and it wouldn't be cheap.

 

Another reason they should let me put in a purchase order for a CNC machine at work.

Wonder if i contacted MBA if they would produce something.
