Billet Grille

Hey..this is my first post so sorry if I mess it up...looking at putting a billet grille or package on my 2006. They have both the upper and lower sections but i am wondering if anyone has pics with either and if it was hard to modify factory parts for. Thanks for any feedback..check out my pics the day after lowering it out at the airport under moochee

doing a billet grille is easy as pie. takes maybe 45mins to an hour for both top and bottom. if you look on ebay and search chevy cobalt billet grille, you will see a silver cobalt LT on there thats my car. I just have the top one right now. what did you do for lowering? nice car!

A billet grill is simple and easy, the top grill needs to be cut from the top rad shroud, then two clips shaved on the centre bar. Then you bolt it to the rad shroud and the centre bar.
The bottom is real easy. Set it where you want it, mark the holes in the fascia, drill them put the little bracket thingies (come with when ordering the Cobalt Addiction grills) over the holes, and mount in the bottom. The top took me 1.5 hours, and the bottom took me 20 mins.

The TC grill doesn't have anything on this!

They are MKW M72 's. Unfortunately, they are no longer produced. You might be able to get some from somewhere, i seen some sites still have them listed.

me and capt. have the same. install isn't too bad (if you have patience) but he does have some better quality pics hahaha. but it is a pain in the ass.s orry for all the pics, i'm hammered. and yes the wheel gap is redonkulous in the first picture but its only cause thats when i was going to the track and had EVRRRYTHING OUT of the trunk and rear. but i AM wingless now and took the tint off my headlights. btw they are the CW Billet's off of cobalt addition
