Body Matched Headlights Installed (Pics)
Finally after a long process (I had to take them to a shop to spray the paint I got, my airbrush wasn't strong enough
) I have my Color-Matched Headlights installed, and they look amazing!
I suck at posting pics, and don't have time to mess with it this morning, but here they are in my gallery! The first 4 are the installed pics, others are prototyping. Enjoy!

Thats like the new Corvette---body coloured. Nice but not for me. I wonder if black would look good with a grantie blue car.

I dont know about red ...they certainly look good with the 360 modena and a c6 vette
yea im thinking the same thing. thats why i havnt even thought about painting them red yet till i see somebody else w/ them. Red just seems sketcy to me at this point.

See I thought the Arrival Blue would look good color matched. I don't think black would look good, I don't like blue and black together, it just doesn't look right. I would either leave mine chrome or color match them, I'm kicking around the idea of just getting a set of lights and painting them to see what I think.

Sory it took me so long to reply back to everyone. Had power outage right after posting, didn't come back up til I had already left for work. Anyways, the paint is a urethene stage1, used a hardener, and clear coat. My bodyshop sprayed it on, not MY bodyshop, but the one I use. Cost $50 total after I bought the paint ($13US for a pint) and they used about half of it. I was too excited to get them home and install that I forgot to take the leftover paint w/ me
I think think this is byfar the best mod I've done to my car. Black seemed like it would clash on yellow, so now I really have a miny 'vette! heh. I've had quite a few comments while I was out this morning and stopped by Wally-world. Funny thing is, they guys commenting had no idea it wasn't an import til they saw the bowtie. Honda owners from Wayne county crack me up.....

LOL, all a matter of personal preference
I'm not a fan of black on pretty much anything...
