Bout to vinyl my bowties...
Got some black vinyl from Customsense.biz, I'm making a prototype for a bowtie cover out of vinyl. Any ideas how to get the vinyl to stick around the edges of the bowtie where there are angles?

thats going to be fairly tough to get it to stick and stay... i would recommend just painting the bowties

I'm going to try it. Just wondering if I should cut the vinyl the shape of a bowtie and put it on, or wrap it with the vinyl and then cut around the silver trim.

just did mine. i cut slits on the corners and tried to overlap. not perfect by any means but looks alright.

It wasn't easy...I just got frustrated and made a vinyl bowtie and removed the stock one. It's since been replaced w/a SS emblem though...
