I've seen quite a few balts with a different colored bowtie on the front grill that isn't the stock gold bowtie. Do they make aftermarket bowties or were they just painted? Send me some inpute guys!

 

Paint -- I used Dupli-Color Victory Red on mine. Just take it off (2ea 10 MM nuts) and tape over the chrome base. Lightly sand the plastic with 1000-1500 grit sandpaper so the paint adheres well. Also use a degreaser to make sure it's clean before spraying.

i painted mine using duplicolor spray paint and clear coat. it matches almost perfect and was cheap as hell

 

I painted mine with Plastikote and it turned out good. I didnt like the sinver so I didnt tape it off.
