New idea for a small bowtie on the back of a SS/SC ....pics

I dunno bout everyone , but I still want a bowtie on the back of my SS . Even though I trashed the larger than life tacky gold one . Plus when I beat someone , I want em to know they just got their doors blown off by a Chebby . Anyways I was looking at the small bowtie on the back of my Z28 and though hmmmm . Got the heat gun , took it off and tranfered it to the split portion fo the lower bumper . I think it looks pretty natural there . On my car though , I am going to paint it body color ~or possibly buy a chrome bowtie in the same size . That would match the factory emblems then . Thought I would share , I thought it looked pretty cool .

it does look cool, good alternative. i personally don't mind the gold one just because its the chevy symbol... i'm proud of it. but a chrome one or something would be awesome

Interesting... very original!

Also you might want to resize those images for our friends with monitor resolutions below 1600x1200

Nice! Never would have thought it would look right that low on the bumper, but now that I actually see it, it looks great!

Good idea!
can you make those pics like 450x450? 232x242 is a bit hard to see.

Dayum , this thread is from the absolute dark ages I never even ended up keeping this on beyond taking the pics .

I did the best I could with the image making more clear . I no longer have these pics on my hard drive , so I could only mod the pic DL'ed off here .

That looks good. I like the idea of a badge there, similiar to the guy who moved his 'SS' and 'supercharged' logos there a few days ago. That looked awesome.

I took the bowtie of the back of my 94 Z28 , and re-applied 3m double sided tape to the backside of the badge and stuck it on . I think RKsport still sells the 4th gen Camaro bowties separately in a few different colors and also in chrome <<< dont quote me on that though , I havent been to RK's site in a few years . They 4 sure used too though .
