Has anybody here ever heard of brake caliper decals? Do they make them for our cars? Do they last? Where can I get them?? 06 SS/SC

 

Yes heard of them, yes i've seen them on a few cars. Do they last...I've heard mixed reviews

Where to get them? I saw them on Ebay. I was sceptical that they could withstand the high temp a brake system reaches.

 

Hey, all they are, are vinyl stickers....same as the ones you put on your windows/side of your car if you're a ricer.....

I got mine made how I wanted them from a vinyl shop for $2...just make sure you spray high temp vinyl over them to make them last awhile

Those look good. You should paint the whole caliper though. Just my $0.02

 

meh...don't like the way that looks. If you look at any car which comes from the factory with painted calipers (GTO's, SRT-4's...etc...etc) that bar is not painted.
