Brown Royal Wheel Cleaner by Flash Wax
http://www.flashwax.com/wheelcleanerpolishers.html
Ok, so some of you have read the other thread that I was asking if this product is safe to use on our wheels.
Here's the problem with my wheels. When I first got my car home, my wheels were bright in color. After a while I noticed (pictures back to back) that the color had changed to a darker, dirtier color. No matter what cleaner I used, the color would not come back to my wheels.
The day I brought the car home:

The way the wheels look now: (minus the tire shine)

Then I found Brown Royal wheels cleaner online. Some said it would be corrosive, others thought I would still need to scrub. I figured I'd give it a try.
Now, I like agitating the cleaner into the wheels, I feel I get more off. I just used a regular sponge. If I used a brush on the inside of the wheel I would've probably got MORE out. This cleaner is 100% safe on our wheels and I recommend it to everyone!
But anyway, ON TO THE PICTURES!!!
Before:

After:

Color restored!

This product drew all that deep embedded brake dust right out! You can even see on the lip of the wheel where the previous owner hugged a curb. I could never get that dark black stuff out from that. Took it right out!
The price for this product is up there (including shipping), but this will make cleaning your old wheels a lot easier! When I detail cars this summer, I am definitley buying some more of this product!
